Rugged Idea - A Blanket With No Boundaries

We have found yet another "Parenting Essential" for you - the Rugged Idea Blankets. These awesome blankets are made from Rip-Stop Nylon and Fleece - making them durable, cozy (yet lightweight), and water/wind proof! They come in 3 sizes: small (changing pad), medium (perfect for your stroller) or large (great for a double stroller).

We own the Rugged Idea Medium sized Blanket and absolutely love it! It has ties, so that it can be tied to our stroller in a moments notice, and is lightweight and compact enough that we can carry it with us wherever we go! It has gone to the park with us, watched fireworks with us (we sat on it), and covered our legs when we got chilly.

Fall is approaching, and the possibilities are endless! Cover a stroller so your little one is blocked from the wind/rain and warmth is locked in. Or, use it when wearing your baby to help protect your little one from the elements. Use it to sit on in the park, to cover up infant carriers, or as a mat to play on in public places.

These blankets are great - no matter the season, no matter the activity - and are a new favorite for us!

Go HERE to get yours, now!

PS - Don't forget that great $100 Giveaway that we have going on! What would you spend your $100 on?

Mabel's Labels

Whether you have decided to begin organizing your life, or you simply need help keeping track of what's what to make life easier, Mabel's Labels will have something you need. Pictured above, is a label from the Canister And Spice collection - all of which are dishwasher, microwave, and UV safe!

Next, are the Classic Stickies, which are awesome for sippy cups, diaper bags, toys, lunchboxes, and anything else you can think of! These little guys are also dishwasher, microwave, UV, and kid - proof. I love the idea that you can put these darlings on virtually anything your child owns, and it will STAY there - no more worrying about sticky or white residues where the sticker should've been...and no more worrying about which one is which!
Another favorite are Mabel's Tag-Mates. Simply peel and place the specially designed stickers (they miraculously withstand washing and drying) on the clothing tag and VOILA! Nobody will have to guess which pair of shorts belongs to Suzie or try to decipher marker bled-out initials.

Regardless of your children's ages, these are great for: Daycare. Play-Dates. Siblings. Stay-overs. School.

You name it, they've got it covered: Check out more labels and collections at www.Mabel.ca

Clean Burper by Babe Ease

When baby L was teeny, she had the hardest time with keeping her bottles down. Which meant that we were constantly changing out burpcloths. Our diaper bag was STUFFED (bulging at the seams!) due to having a burp cloth for every bottle (because they'd soak right through!). Babe Ease LLC has a brand new product called The Clean Burper. It's extra large with a special shape (no more rectangles!) to fit your shoulder more comfortably! It's incredibly soft and very absorbent, which is very important if you didn't pack YOU a change of clothes in the already-bulging diaper bag.

Girl 32 for the Smart Girl

I love winter hats, but winter seems to limit the way I can wear my hair! I mean, If I take the time to blow dry my hair, I may not be willing to wear a hat that I know will most likely end in flyaways. Unfortunately, the only type of "ponytail" I can wear with conventional winter hat are pigtails.

But, now there is a new hat in town. Girl 32! This hat has Swarovski crystal buttons in the back, so you can wear your hair up or down! Girl 32 has awesome hats that are fashionable and make sense! And, they come in sooo many colors and patterns, so you are sure to find something you like!

But, hats aren't the only smart things Girl 32 has come up with. Girl 32 also has a line of scarves and gloves. The scarves have a hidden zippered pocket, perfect for a key, credit card, or whatever! Girl 32 gloves have removable fingertips on the thumb and forefinger - perfect for grasping hard to hold objects.

Fashion + Function = Girl 32

Finally!

prissy poofs

[SWOON.] That was me...swooning. I love love love Prissy Poofs. They take the basic tutu to a whole new level. They have SpookyPoofs (for Halloween), PrissyPoofs, and an entire collection of SeasonalPoofs! I never thought you could have such a variety of poofs - but here, they did it! With a variety of colors and themes, these poofs make my heart skip a beat.

And, guess what else?! They come in a nice range of sizes! Even for the teeny tiny - babies! We have - or Lorelei has (I should say) the GumDrop Poof. I have to tell you: the picture online is NOTHING like it. It's way better in person! In fact, Lorelei will be wearing her PrissyPoof this weekend to a Princess Birthday Party we are going to.

I just can't say enough about this wonderful company and their line of Poofs. Quite simply, Lorelei may just need a new closet to fit them all.

My only complaint? Where's the one in my size? I want one!

taia hair clips

I'm always on the search for cute hair...or rather, head accessories for baby L. What hair she does have is uber fine and light (so she looks bald). I was beginning to think headbands and hats would be my only option. And, although they can be cute, I was left wanting for something more.

Then, taia hair clips came along.

Simple. Sophisticated. And downright cute.

Each hairclip is created with love by Jennifer Pezzolla, a fellow stay at home mom. They are safe and functional. A velcro lining insures that they won't slip out of even the finest baby hair.

Finally...something that won't hurt my daughter but looks oh-so cute....

pendants

I know I post a lot of things geared to mom or the small child, so I thought I'd post something a little different. There's this cute little store called Bling for Mommy and Me and they will make you personalized necklaces! With each pendant purchase, you get:
1 Rubber Necklace, your choice of color
2 spacers of each kind, per pendant you choose
Each pendant is handmade of polymer clay and mounted on a steel plate.

They are great for kids, teens, and even moms. I'm just amazed at how many ways you can wear them! You can pick a pendant to represent each of your children...or you can pick a pendant to represent YOU!

Check them out and give them as a gift to someone special just in time for Christmas!

Christmas Giving

Christmas will be here soon, and most of us haven't even begun our shopping. Or, at the very least...still have a few difficult people left on our lists. I've compiled some of my favorites that just about anyone (well...ladies) would love....You may even want them all for yourself!

Make cute totes and purses, alike at Snaptotes. You simply choose a picture from a file you have, upload it, and pick your purse. And, ta-da! You can ship it to yourself or straight to the recipient. Easy as 1-2-3!

This beautiful set of lace earrings is incredibly stunning. Romantic, yet subtle...and so very unique. And, they are handcrafted, which means one of a kind!

This handwoven one-of-a-kind scarf would be the perfect gift for someone on your list. Included is the bamboo pin. So incredibly chic and just plain gorgeous! LOVE IT!
